On the first day of operation, Swellder Thermoforming held an all-staff mobilization meeting, clearly defining the strategic goals for 2026: to serve global vacuum forming (Vacuum Forming) and blow-molding packaging customers with shorter delivery cycles, more stable product quality, and more competitive costs.
Currently, all vacuum forming equipment in the factory has completed comprehensive maintenance and upkeep, and the mold workshop, sample center, and cutting packaging line have all entered an efficient operation state. Whether it's large-scale orders or small-batch samples in the R&D stage, we are fully prepared and ready to respond to your needs at any time.

Equipment upgrade and technological breakthroughs
To meet the market challenges in 2026, a new round of equipment upgrade was completed at the end of 2025: the introduction of large-scale vacuum forming machines: the maximum forming size reaches 3000mm, and the thickness range covers [0.1]mm to [12]mm, which can meet the processing requirements of automotive interiors, large medical shells, home appliance panels, etc.

new breakthroughs have been achieved in the forming processes of environmentally friendly materials such as flame-retardant ABS, anti-static PP, and PETG, helping customers achieve their sustainable development goals.
