After receiving the drawings, we evaluate whether the process is suitable and provide professional modification suggestions to adapt to vacuum forming production. We assist customers in modifying drawings, recommending suitable materials and doing process analysis. For packing tray products, customers can also provide drawings of assembly parts and we'll design the trays.
Production manager Xie
With 20 years of experience in vacuum forming production management, we are proficient in the entire blister forming process (such as mold design, sheet heating, vacuum forming, cutting, etc.), and can accurately optimize parameters (temperature, pressure, cooling time) to improve the yield rate. We are familiar with the characteristics and adaptation processes of various materials (PVC, PET, PP, etc.), and has solved the production problems of complex products (such as high stretch ratio and precision parts) and improve production efficiency.

Proficient in the exclusive QC system of the vacuum forming industry (covering raw material inspection, process control, semi-finished product forming inspection, tolerance inspection, statistical defect rate, optimization, finished product release, customer complaint closed loop) and good at using 8D report and A3 report to clearly convey problem analysis and improvement measures to customers
