CNC Cutting
We are equipped with both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC cutting machines.

We adjust our cutting process according to customers' tolerance needs and strive to maintain precise control within the required range.

We operate multiple CNC mold processing centers, capable of producing aluminum molds, resin molds, wood molds, and more. With in-house capabilities in raw material sourcing, mold making, product design, manufacturing, and export logistics, we offer customers comprehensive and integrated plastic parts molding services. Mould Trade Process

Quotation - We provide a precise quotation based on your sample, detailed drawings, and specific requirements.

Discussion - Engage in detailed discussions regarding mold material, number of cavities, pricing, runner systems, payment terms, and other key details.

Contract Confirmation - Confirm and approve all discussed items to proceed with the order (S/C Signature).

Advance Payment - A 40% initial payment via T/T is required to secure your order.

Product Design Review - We thoroughly review the product design. If any imperfections or feasibility issues are identified, a detailed report will be provided for your review.

Mold Tooling - Mold production begins after the mold design is confirmed.

Mold Processing - Weekly updates will be provided to keep you informed of the mold processing progress.

Mold Testing - Receive trial samples along with a comprehensive try-out report for evaluation and confirmation.

Second Payment - A further 30% payment via T/T is required upon approval of the trial samples.

Mold Modification - Necessary adjustments are made based on your feedback to ensure the mold meets all specifications.

Final Payment - The remaining 30% payment via T/T is made after your final approval of the mold and trial samples.

Delivery - We offer flexible delivery options by sea or air. You may choose your own forwarder, or we can assist in making shipping arrangements.

Quality testing - Once the products are finished, we have well-trained engineers or our sales will test the product’s size, color, and whole quality to ensure the product’s quality arrives at our customer’s hand satisfying.

Q: Are you a factory or trade company?

A: We are both, we have our own factory and we can export by ourselves.

Q: What kind of payment do you accept?

A: Trade assurance, T/T, L/C, and Weston Union are all accepted.

Q: What is the normal lead time?

A: Average 15-25 days for tooling, bulk orders should depend on quantity.

Q: What is your standard package?

A: In general we use ziplock bags or bubble files plus cardboard boxes, wooden pallets or wooden cases will be used if necessary,. Special packing method is available if needed.

Q: What is the working life of the mold?

A: It depends on the parts we made. Besides, we will maintain or replace the mold be ourselves.
