Anti-Static Option, Protecting Sensitive Components
For electronics assembly, the tray can be compounded with permanent anti‑static agent (surface resistivity 10⁶–10⁹Ω), effectively protecting ICs, PCBs, and other static‑sensitive components. Anti‑static performance is uniform, durable, and unaffected by wiping or abrasion.

Customizable Compartments, Organized Storage
Compartment shapes can be customized (square, round, or irregular) to fit part dimensions, preventing mixing and collisions. Smooth compartment edges allow easy automated nozzle picking. Label slots or color‑coded areas can be added for visual management.

Oil‑Resistant, Wear‑Resistant, Easy to Clean
The dense, smooth ABS surface resists oils, cutting fluids, and mild acids/alkalis. Optional fine anti‑slip texture prevents parts from rolling. Oil and dust wipe off easily with a damp cloth, reducing cleaning costs.

Stable Stacking, Space Saving
Stacking posts or anti‑slip pads can be integrated at the four corners for stable stacking of both empty and loaded trays. Optional drain holes or vent slots accommodate washing and drying processes. Custom sizes up to 800×600mm are available.
