CNC Cutting
We are equipped with both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC cutting machines.

We adjust our cutting process according to customers' tolerance needs and strive to maintain precise control within the required range.

We operate multiple CNC mold processing centers, capable of producing aluminum molds, resin molds, wood molds, and more. With in-house capabilities in raw material sourcing, mold making, product design, manufacturing, and export logistics, we offer customers comprehensive and integrated plastic parts molding services. How to order

Clients send inquiry to us & provide 3D or 2D draqing or sufficient information (length x width x thickness, quantity, material, colors etc.

  • We offer quotation in time
  • Once price confired, we prepare PI or contract
  • After PI & contract confirmed, client transfer 50% deposit to us. We as factory, prepare for tooling & mold
  • We release tooling & mold after deposit received
  • We produce samples & send to client for confirmation
  • We arrange mass production after samples approved. If any modification or change asked by clients, we will modify mold & re-make samples and send to client for approval again till confrimation.
  • Packing & delivery preparation. On the other hand clients transfer balance 50% payment.
  • On-time delivery after balance payment received.
  • B/L & other related documents send to clients once available.
