CNC Cutting
We are equipped with both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC cutting machines.
3-axis cutting is used for flat products, such as trimming tray edges, where high precision is not required.
5-axis cutting is used for complex products with strict precision tolerance requirements.
We adjust our cutting process according to customers' tolerance needs and strive to maintain precise control within the required range.
Tooling Manufacturing
We operate multiple CNC mold processing centers, capable of producing aluminum molds, resin molds, wood molds, and more. With in-house capabilities in raw material sourcing, mold making, product design, manufacturing, and export logistics, we offer customers comprehensive and integrated plastic parts molding services. We also support mold modification in collaboration with customers.

Custom Thermoforming Process
Design: From Concept to CAD
Every thermoformed part begins with a concept and a design. We can work from your existing drawings and CAD files, or our in-house engineering team can collaborate with you to develop a complete design. We can also help refine your design for improved manufacturability.
Material Selection: Wide Range of Thermoplastics
We work with a broad range of thermoplastic materials. Common options include ABS, HDPE, Kydex (PVC/Acrylic blend), Acrylic, PETG, and Polycarbonate. We also support specialty materials such as Ultem, Polysulfone, and PC/ABS blends. Material selection is guided by your application’s cosmetic requirements (color, texture, gloss, and finish) and functional needs (rigidity, flame retardancy, impact resistance, chemical resistance).
Tooling: High-Quality Aluminum Molds
We use temperature-controlled aluminum molds—either cast or machined—for most production applications. Molds can be male or female, depending on part design. For prototyping or low-volume runs, we can create soft tooling. Our in-house tooling capabilities help reduce both production costs and lead times.
Forming: Heating and Shaping the Part
During the forming process, the selected material is heated and shaped using the mold. After forming, the part must be trimmed to remove excess material (flashing) and to create cutouts and contours. Most trimming is performed on 5-axis CNC routers, allowing us to maintain tight tolerances, precise control, and excellent repeatability. Each of our facilities houses multiple 5-axis CNC routers.
Routing: Precision Trimming
Formed parts are trimmed to remove excess material and to create detailed shapes. We operate 53 routing machines, including 26 fully robotic 5-axis routers capable of trimming complex geometries with high precision and speed.
Secondary Operations: Complete Finishing Solutions
Beyond forming and trimming, many parts require additional fabrication. We offer a full range of secondary services, including:
Complex assemblies
Bonded mounting blocks, ribs, and threaded inserts
Installation of hardware such as hinges, latches, ball studs, rivets, and custom metal brackets
Painting (textured or smooth finishes)
RF/EMI shielding with conductive coatings
Pad printing and silkscreening
How Does Vacuum Forming Work
The step-by-step vacuum forming process works as follows:
Clamp: A sheet of plastic is placed in an open frame and clamped into place.
Heat: The plastic sheet is softened using a heat source until it reaches the appropriate forming temperature and becomes pliable.
Vacuum: The framework containing the heated, pliable sheet of plastic is lowered over a mold and pulled into place via a vacuum on the other side of the mold. Female (or convex) molds need to have tiny holes drilled into crevices so that the vacuum can effectively pull the thermoplastic sheet into the appropriate form.
Cool: Once the plastic has been formed around/into the mold, it needs to cool. For larger pieces, fans and/or cool mist are sometimes used to speed up this step in the production cycle.
Release: After the plastic has cooled, it can be removed from the mold and released from the framework.
Trim: The completed part will need to be cut out of the excess material, and edges may need to be trimmed, sanded, or smoothed.
