This product is developed for heavy-duty industrial logistics and storage applications. Made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE) sheet and integrally formed through Heavy-Gauge Thermoforming, it can produce parts exceeding 2000mm in length. The complete production process includes load dimension planning, mold development, sheet cutting, zoned preheating, pre-stretch stress distribution, vacuum forming, water-cooling, and integrated trimming of forklift slots and stacking edges.
Excellent Chemical Resistance
HDPE resists most acids, bases, alcohols, and solvents, maintaining stable performance even in environments with frequent exposure to industrial cleaning agents and cutting fluids. The material absorbs virtually no moisture, with no swelling or deformation in humid environments.
Superior Impact Resistance & Low-Temperature Performance
HDPE retains excellent toughness even at low temperatures, with no corner cracking during -40°C cold storage handling. Pallet wall thickness adjustable from 2-10mm, with reinforcing ribs in key stress areas, effectively withstanding forklift collisions and accidental drops.
Wear-Resistant and Scratch-Resistant
HDPE's dense molecular structure resists deep scratches and surface damage from frequent forklift contact and metal workpiece friction. Suitable for frequent forklift handling in workshops and outdoor warehousing conditions.
Lightweight with High Strength
Compared to metal pallets, HDPE thermoformed pallets are significantly lighter, allowing single-person handling. Dynamic load capacity exceeds 1 ton.
Black Formulation, UV-Resistant
The black HDPE formulation incorporates UV stabilizers, preventing aging and chalking during long-term outdoor storage. Suitable for open-air warehousing, port logistics, and other outdoor applications, with service life exceeding five years.
Structural Design, Logistics-Ready
The pallet can be designed with 9-leg, grid, or solid configurations with four-way forklift entry. Anti-slip pads or stacking positioning grooves can be integrally molded on the bottom, allowing stable stacking even when fully loaded, effectively saving storage and transport space. The product is 100% recyclable.

Our 72 Cell Plug trays have been recently upgraded to be 2.25" deep. This makes them the perfect tray for bottom watering your plants. Each cell will reach the bottom of your 1020 flat minimizing the amount of water needed.
The flat tray is a bit wider on the top and slightly tapers to the bottom to make the trays stackable for easy storage.
