CNC Cutting
We are equipped with both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC cutting machines.

5-axis cutting is used for complex products with strict precision tolerance requirements.
We adjust our cutting process according to customers' tolerance needs and strive to maintain precise control within the required range.

Product technology: According to the shape and size of the product, the use of cutting, die-cutting, carving, bonding and other processes, or the development of mold, through hot or cold pressing processing forming.

Product performance: Long-term use is not easy to deformation, cut flat, buffering, sealing, heat preservation, shock absorption, dustproof, filling, fixing and beautification functions for all walks of life.

Scope of application: Used in electronic appliances, instruments, computers, home appliances, glass, precision instruments, toys, digital products, fragile packaging boxes, shock-absorbing lining, case packing, etc.

 

The process of vacuum forming consists of five main stages. These are:

The Vacuum Forming steps are as follows:

1.Clamp the plastic sheet in the frame


2.Heat the plastic sheet until pliable


3.Vacuum as the sheet is placed over the mold


4.Cool the plastic sheet forming around the mold—fans and misters may be required


5.Release the plastic from the frame


6.Trim off the excess material


7.Optional: post-processing may include sanding, painting, etc.
