CNC Cutting
We are equipped with both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC cutting machines.
3-axis cutting is used for flat products, such as trimming tray edges, where high precision is not required.
5-axis cutting is used for complex products with strict precision tolerance requirements.
We adjust our cutting process according to customers' tolerance needs and strive to maintain precise control within the required range.
Tooling Manufacturing
We operate multiple CNC mold processing centers, capable of producing aluminum molds, resin molds, wood molds, and more. With in-house capabilities in raw material sourcing, mold making, product design, manufacturing, and export logistics, we offer customers comprehensive and integrated plastic parts molding services. We also support mold modification in collaboration with customers.

The minimum box sizes of the gadget packaging boxes have the dimensions: 3*3*1 inches (l*w*d).

Thermoformed custom plastic trays can be made in a variety of materials which have a range of properties. The most frequently used materials for thermoformed trays are PVC, HDPE, PE, PETG, HIPS and RPET. Other properties, based on the material selected, are as follows:
Durability, resistance to impact or abrasion
Ability to withstand harsh chemicals
Formable in a variety of colors and textures
Resistance to hot or cold temperatures
Flame retardant grades (UL94-V0)

Custom Plastic Trays Design Process
The typical process follows some or all of the steps noted below. These steps help insure the tray works properly once the process is complete.
Free quote. This involves a review of the application, key design requirements, and tray function. Specific design process will be noted in estimate.
With PO, drawing is created for approval. This step helps insure the tray meets expectations and serves as an opportunity to make adjustments and or changes to design.
Mini Cavity Sample. We build a tray with only a few cavities in most custom tray projects. This is a good and inexpensive test of part-cavity fit, and stacking. Changes can be made after this step.
Full size prototype. This step can be added if any specifications require a full size tray for package testing or for evaluation.
Production Tooling is built and first article submitted for final approval.
