ABS resists acids, oils, and hydraulic fluids – no corrosion or degradation in wet, oily environments. The dense surface cleans easily with a wipe, reducing maintenance frequency.

Vacuum thermoforming creates large, seamless dashboard panels and liners, eliminating stress concentration and cracking risks associated with welded sheet metal. Rigidity meets high‑intensity forklift operation requirements.
Precision Fit, Direct Installation
Molds are developed from OEM 3D data. The back surface integrates clip slots, locating bosses, hinge seats, and other mounting features – no drilling, welding, or adhesives needed. Optional grooves for original weather seals ensure proper fit.
Surface Finishes Available
High gloss, matte, leather grain, or fine grain surfaces are available to upgrade cab interior aesthetics. Colors can be matched to forklift brand standards.

Our 72 Cell Plug trays have been recently upgraded to be 2.25" deep. This makes them the perfect tray for bottom watering your plants. Each cell will reach the bottom of your 1020 flat minimizing the amount of water needed.
The flat tray is a bit wider on the top and slightly tapers to the bottom to make the trays stackable for easy storage.
