At Swellder, we utilize vacuum forming to create high-quality plastic parts. Please share your 3D model (STP/STEP/IGS /X-T preferred) or sample to begin.

2:Giving suggestion and offer quotation :
To ensure the success of your vacuum-formed product, selecting the right material is critical. We are happy to work with your chosen material specifications or, alternatively, provide expert recommendations tailored to your product's application. Please review the following introduction to common plastic materials. Once we receive your drawings, our team will perform a comprehensive assessment and follow up with our professional suggestion and a competitive quote.
3:Mold Production Choice :
Swellder specializes in high-quality vacuum forming, which begins with a superior mold. We primarily use durable aluminum molds for their longevity and consistent performance. While wooden molds are available for specific prototyping needs, they are not recommended for final production due to potential quality compromises.
To ensure excellence from the start, we maintain complete control over the mold-making process. Our in-house facility, staffed by engineers with over 19 years of experience, allows us to guarantee optimal mold cost, delivery time, and, most importantly, quality.
For your peace of mind, all our molds are backed by a warranty. We guarantee against manufacturing defects and will repair or replace any faulty mold at no cost to you.
4:Raw material Chioce :
Foundation of Quality: The performance of our final products is directly influenced by the quality of the raw material sheets, which are manufactured through a precision machine extrusion process.
Key Material Properties: This process produces sheets ideal for vacuum forming, offering exceptional impact strength and reliable performance in low-temperature environments.Such as ABS+ASA, abs+pmma,ASA+PMMA.
(1)PMMA offers exceptional surface vitreousness, strong UV resistance and weather resistance, and is highly scratch-resistant. Its appearance rivals that of high-end paint, but cost is a primary concern, and it is environmentally friendly.
(2)ASA:The most prominent feature of ASA is its excellent weather resistance
(3)ABS:Excellent comprehensive mechanical properties,Suitable for mass production,smooth surface, good for painting .ect.
Strategic Investment: To ensure consistency and control, Swellder has commissioned its own raw material sheet production line.
Future Goal: Our objective is to scale to three dedicated production lines, achieving complete in-house raw material manufacturing and foundational quality assurance.

Swellder's production capacity is supported by a fleet of 8 vacuum forming machines, which includes one advanced fully automatic system. This versatile setup enables us to efficiently handle custom projects of varying complexities and sizes, with a maximum processing dimension of 4000mm x 2000mm x 1000mm , thickness :0.1-15mm.
Our team's expertise, built on over 18 years of hands-on experience, is fundamental to our manufacturing precision. We exercise rigorous, expert control over the entire forming process-especially critical factors like temperature-to ensure consistent product quality and on-time delivery for every order.
6:3 OR 5 axes-CNC producing :
When the vacuum forming producing finished. Some products are semi-finished products. We will as CAD drawing cutting the all products by 3or 5 axes cnc machine .
Some products are not using CNC Machine, we are still have auto-machine , when the goods producing and cutting the shape together .
For now, the Swellder company has 2sets 3 axes CNC machines and 3sets 5 axes CNC machines. All orders requirement can meet you .
7: Driming and Extra treatment: gluing, paint and silk-screen.
8:Quality testing :
We have QC departments and have 8s words to make sure the quality is well before delivery , if products have problem, we can solve it in time.
