This product is designed for the housing of industrial electrical equipment. Made from flame-retardant ABS, PC, or modified PP sheets through Heavy-Gauge Thermoforming, it can produce enclosures ranging from small control boxes to large distribution cabinets, meeting installation needs for various power ratings.
Strength & Lightweight Combined
Thermoforming allows integrated ribs and thickened wall sections in key load-bearing areas, providing impact resistance while achieving 30-50% weight reduction compared to sheet metal cabinets. The weld-free design eliminates corrosion risks, suitable for humid, dusty environments.
Optimized Cooling & Protection
Housings can incorporate various functional features: louvered ventilation grilles on top/sides, bottom air intake slots, transparent PC viewing windows on front doors, and cable gland mounting holes. IP54 protection rating achievable (depending on design), effectively shielding against dust and water.
Easy Installation & Maintenance
Wall-mounting ears, leveling feet, or DIN rail slots can be integrally formed on the back or bottom for compatibility with standard enclosure mounting methods. Front doors can be hinged or screw-fastened for convenient access. Surface finishes include matte, fine grain, or anti-static coating.

Our 72 Cell Plug trays have been recently upgraded to be 2.25" deep. This makes them the perfect tray for bottom watering your plants. Each cell will reach the bottom of your 1020 flat minimizing the amount of water needed.
The flat tray is a bit wider on the top and slightly tapers to the bottom to make the trays stackable for easy storage.
