Manufactured from reinforced ABS or modified PP sheet via heavy‑gauge thermoforming / vacuum forming, it can produce large parts up to 2000mm in length.

AGV forklifts operate in harsh environments with frequent collisions from loads and pallet scrapes. The housing features a thicker wall design (3–5mm) and strategically placed reinforcing ribs, ensuring the shell can withstand accidental impacts without cracking. ABS and modified PP also offer good low‑temperature toughness for cold storage applications.

The housing can integrally mold:

Mounting platforms for LiDAR/3D vision sensors (flatness within ±0.5mm)

Fixing slots for charger brush plates and cable routing guides

Mounting seats for cooling fans and louvered air inlets/outlets

Weather & Chemical Resistance, Harsh‑Environment Ready
UV stabilizers (for outdoor use) or low‑temperature tougheners (for cold storage) are added. Anti‑slip surface textures prevent slipping when maintenance personnel step on them. The material resists oils, hydraulic fluids, and mild acids/alkalis, and can be wiped clean with industrial detergents.

Maintenance‑Friendly, Easy Access
The housing is fastened with clips and a few screws – removable without special tools for easy access to the electrical control system. Battery covers can be equipped with gas springs to stay open when lifted. All edges are rounded to eliminate cut risks.

Our 72 Cell Plug trays have been recently upgraded to be 2.25" deep. This makes them the perfect tray for bottom watering your plants. Each cell will reach the bottom of your 1020 flat minimizing the amount of water needed.

The flat tray is a bit wider on the top and slightly tapers to the bottom to make the trays stackable for easy storage.
