Description

This product is developed for the upgrade and replacement of door inner liners on industrial forklifts and warehouse vehicles. Made from high-impact ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) sheet and formed in one stretch via the Thermoforming process, the liner accurately matches door panel curves, edges, and mounting hole positions – no secondary trimming required.

Structural Fit, Easy Installation
Based on OEM 3D data, the liner back can integrate mounting structures such as clip grooves and positioning bosses, allowing direct replacement of original parts without additional adhesives or modifications. Edges are smooth and burr-free, preventing damage to wiring harnesses or operators.

Oil-Resistant & Easy to Clean
ABS material offers excellent chemical resistance against common forklift oils, hydraulic fluids, and cleaning agents. The smooth, dense surface allows oil and dirt to be wiped clean easily, reducing maintenance costs.

Tough Protection, Vibration & Noise Reduction
Uniform wall thickness (2-4mm optional) effectively buffers side impacts to the door panel, preventing sheet metal deformation. It also provides some sound and vibration damping, reducing cab noise and improving operator comfort.

Custom Development, Multiple Models Supported
Reverse engineering and forward development are available for door liners of major forklift brands (Toyota, Linde, Hangcha, Heli, etc.). Colors and surface finishes (matte/leather grain) can be customized for OEM or aftermarket needs.

Our 72 Cell Plug trays have been recently upgraded to be 2.25" deep. This makes them the perfect tray for bottom watering your plants. Each cell will reach the bottom of your 1020 flat minimizing the amount of water needed.


The flat tray is a bit wider on the top and slightly tapers to the bottom to make the trays stackable for easy storage.
