Raw material grade: Selected imported medical‑grade PETG (e.g. Eastman Eastar™ or SK SKYGREEN®), BPA‑free, non‑toxic.
Visual clarity: Extremely low haze, light transmittance close to glass, clear colour tones – the contents are fully visible.
Durability: High impact strength, chemical resistance, anti‑yellowing – remains like new after long‑term use.
2. Process & Tooling: Thermoforming + 7075 Aerospace Aluminium Mirror Mold
Thermoforming (blister) process – The box is formed by precision vacuum thermoforming, ensuring consistent wall thickness, tight tolerances, and excellent repeatability for mass production. This process is widely accepted for medical blister packaging.
Mold material: 7075 aerospace aluminium – high strength, excellent wear resistance, far superior to ordinary molds.
Mirror polish: The mold surface is mirror‑polished, giving the final product a crystal‑clear, glossy finish.
Edge & feel: The rounded corners are free of any burrs or sharpness. The smooth, warm touch reflects the extreme attention to detail.
