Description

This product is designed for high‑end equipment with strict requirements for visual texture. Made from high‑gloss grade ABS sheet and formed via Vacuum Forming using a mirror‑finished mold, the housing achieves a high‑gloss mirror effect without secondary painting, with gloss level exceeding 85 degrees.

High‑Gloss Mirror, Elegant & Eye‑Catching
The mold is precision‑polished to a mirror level. The formed housing surface is smooth and flat, reflecting light clearly and delivering a piano‑like visual effect. The glossy surface makes the device appear refined and premium in showrooms, exhibition halls, or home environments.

Wear & Scratch Resistant, Long‑Lasting Luster
ABS surface hardness is optimized, and a hard coating option (pencil hardness ≥2H) is available to resist daily wiping and minor scratches. The material is inherently anti‑yellowing, maintaining its color over long‑term use.

Functional Integration, Design Freedom
The housing can integrally mold display windows, touch button areas, ventilation holes, and mounting clips. Reinforcing ribs and screw bosses can be added on the back to prevent large panels from warping. Contrasting gloss and matte areas can be achieved via mold texture differences.

Custom Colors, Brand Matching
Beyond high‑gloss black, custom colors such as high‑gloss white, silver gray, and champagne gold (RAL/Pantone) are available to meet brand identity requirements. Partial screen printing or UV transfer patterns can also be applied.
