This product is developed for drawer cabinet applications requiring lightweight design, corrosion resistance, and customizable aesthetics. Made from high‑impact ABS or polycarbonate (PC) sheet and integrally formed through Vacuum Thermoforming, the back, sides, and top are molded as a single structure without a metal frame.

One‑Piece Molding, Structural Stability
The vacuum forming process shapes a full sheet into a rigid cabinet shell with integral ribs – no welds, no rivets. This eliminates rust and weld crack issues common in sheet‑metal cabinets. Uniform wall thickness (2–5mm adjustable) and reinforced ribs in high‑stress areas provide strong resistance to deformation.

Lightweight, Portable, Chemical Resistant
Compared to metal cabinets, thermoformed plastic cabinets are 40–60% lighter, allowing single‑person handling and stacking. ABS/PC materials resist acids, alkalis, oils, and moisture, making them ideal for hospitals, laboratories, food workshops, and other sensitive environments.

Customizable Appearance, Scene Adaptation
Surfaces can be finished in high gloss, matte, fine grain, or ASA weather‑resistant textures. Colors available from Pantone or RAL standard charts. Drawer fronts can integrate handle recesses, label slots, and lock provisions – no exposed screws.

Modular Design, Flexible Configuration
Internal guide rails or positioning grooves can be pre‑molded to accept drawers of different heights. Drawers themselves may use thermoformed trays with anti‑slip liners. Multiple cabinets can be combined side‑by‑side using connectors for larger storage capacity.

Our 72 Cell Plug trays have been recently upgraded to be 2.25" deep. This makes them the perfect tray for bottom watering your plants. Each cell will reach the bottom of your 1020 flat minimizing the amount of water needed.


The flat tray is a bit wider on the top and slightly tapers to the bottom to make the trays stackable for easy storage.
