Mold – The Starting for Precision and Transparency

The core material is 7075 aviation aluminum. Compared with ordinary aluminum molds, it has higher hardness, achieves mirror-like polishing, better dimensional stability, and longer lifespan.

 

Using a multi-step grinding process combined with diamond paste polishing technology, the surface of the mold achieves a mirror-like level of smoothness.
