This product is developed for seating applications requiring high load capacity and durability. Made from high-impact modified PP or ABS engineering plastic sheets, it is formed in a single stretch through the Heavy-Gauge Thermoforming process - no welds, no rivets, eliminating the weak points found in traditional welded or assembled structures.

High Load Capacity, Safe and Reliable
The seat features an integrated rib reinforcement design, with increased wall thickness and reinforcing ribs in key stress areas, enabling it to withstand static and dynamic loads far exceeding ordinary seats. Third-party testing confirms a static load capacity of over 300 kg, meeting high-intensity usage demands in industrial and public settings.

Lightweight, High Strength, Easy to Handle
Compared to metal seats, thermoformed seats are 40–60% lighter while maintaining strength. A single person can easily carry and stack them, significantly reducing logistics and storage costs. Anti-slip pads or mounting holes can be added to the base for floor installation or temporary placement.

Weather-Resistant, Durable in Harsh Environments
UV stabilizers are added to the material to prevent brittleness and fading during long-term outdoor use. The surface can be finished with a matte or fine texture for slip resistance and wear resistance. The seat operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C to 80°C, unaffected by rain, sunlight, or oil stains.

Flexible Design, Custom Colors
Thermoforming enables ergonomic curved shapes - seat surface curvature and backrest angle can be adjusted as needed. A variety of standard colors and custom colors are available to meet visual coordination requirements across different scenarios.

Our 72 Cell Plug trays have been recently upgraded to be 2.25" deep. This makes them the perfect tray for bottom watering your plants. Each cell will reach the bottom of your 1020 flat minimizing the amount of water needed.


The flat tray is a bit wider on the top and slightly tapers to the bottom to make the trays stackable for easy storage.
