Matte
The Feel: Non-reflective; the surface feels slightly coarse or "grippy" to the touch-much like frosted glass.
Advantages:
Resists visible fingerprints and scratches.
Non-reflective surface prevents glare, ensuring it doesn't dazzle the eyes while driving or operating machinery.
Dirt-resistant and easy to maintain.
Suitable For:
Thermoformed forklift parts (components that are handled daily and prone to getting dirty).
Thermoformed automotive parts (specifically areas where glare sensitivity is a concern).

High-Gloss
The Feel:A bright, shiny surface-mirror-like in appearance-that conveys a premium aesthetic.
Advantages:
Exudes a high-end, sophisticated look; colors appear more vibrant.
Easy to clean; a quick wipe restores its shine instantly.
Disadvantages:
Fingerprints are highly visible, making the surface appear dirty easily.Prone to showing scratches and scuff marks.
Suitable For:
Thermoformed EV parts (electric vehicle components where a premium, high-tech feel is desired).
Display products or items intended for exhibition.
Components located in areas that are not frequently touched.
Materials Used:Can be produced using both ABS and PVC, though this finish places higher demands on the precision and quality of the mold.

Textured
The Feel:Features a distinct surface pattern or texture-such as a "Lychee" grain, brushed metal effect, or leather-like finish-providing a tactile, three-dimensional feel to the touch.
Pros:
Extremely durable and rugged; scratches are virtually invisible.
Non-slip surface; comfortable to grip.

The texture is directly molded into the material-not merely sprayed on-so it will never wear off.

Cons:
Tooling costs are slightly higher compared to smooth-finish surfaces.
Ideal Applications:

Thermoformed forklift parts (components requiring non-slip and wear-resistant properties).
Any item that is frequently handled, prone to getting dirty, or susceptible to scratches.
