This product is developed for forklift OEMs and the aftermarket as a replacement for traditional stamped metal or injection-molded parts. Made from high-impact ABS sheet and formed in a single step via Vacuum Thermoforming, it accurately replicates original contours and integrally incorporates mounting features.
Fine Leather-Grain, Premium Leather Feel
The mold is precision-engraved to produce a uniform fine leather-grain texture after forming, offering a warm tactile feel with a visual effect close to genuine leather. The textured surface effectively scatters light, delivering a soft matte finish that is non-reflective and glare-free-critical for dashboard components viewed during long driving hours. The leather-grain texture naturally absorbs minor scratches from daily use, keeping the housing looking clean over time. The fine grain also resists fingerprints and stays clean and presentable with minimal maintenance.
Lightweight, Lower Energy Consumption
Compared to sheet metal, fine leather-grain ABS parts are 30%–50% lighter, reducing vehicle weight and extending electric forklift battery life. The lighter weight also reduces operator effort when opening doors or lifting covers.
No Rust, Oil-Resistant
ABS resists acids, oils, and hydraulic fluids – no corrosion or degradation in wet, oily environments. The dense, smooth surface cleans easily with a wipe, reducing maintenance frequency. The fine leather-grain surface maintains its aesthetic appeal while remaining easy to clean.
Seamless Structure, No Weld Weak Points
Vacuum thermoforming creates large, seamless panels and liners, eliminating stress concentration and cracking risks associated with welded sheet metal. Rigidity meets high-intensity forklift operation requirements.
Precision Fit, Direct Installation
Molds are developed from OEM 3D data. The back surface integrates clip slots, locating bosses, hinge seats, and other mounting features – no drilling, welding, or adhesives needed. Optional grooves for original weather seals ensure proper fit.
Surface Finish Options
Beyond fine leather-grain, coarse leather-grain, lychee grain, high gloss, and matte finishes are available. Colors can be matched to forklift brand standards.

Our 72 Cell Plug trays have been recently upgraded to be 2.25" deep. This makes them the perfect tray for bottom watering your plants. Each cell will reach the bottom of your 1020 flat minimizing the amount of water needed.
The flat tray is a bit wider on the top and slightly tapers to the bottom to make the trays stackable for easy storage.
