1.Vacuum-formed ABS housings are 40–50% lighter than aluminum.

2.ABS possesses sufficient impact strength-it is not hard and brittle, but rather exhibits a certain degree of toughness. When subjected to an impact, the plastic deforms to absorb the energy, then springs back; metal, conversely, will sustain a dent and cannot recover its original shape after deformation. Consequently, a thermoformed plastic casing proves to be even more "rugged" and durable.
3.Surface Treatment
Spray Painting: Colors are custom-mixed according to the Pantone color chart; available in both glossy and matte finishes.
Texture: Lychee grain and leather textures are directly molded into the material; they will not peel or fade.
Electroplating: Delivers a metallic aesthetic, ideal for premium product positioning.
