Understand the needs
We will communicate with you in detail to understand the use environment and special requirements of this product, such as the required load-bearing capacity and thickness, and recommend the most suitable material for you. Because the prices of materials are different, we will recommend the most suitable material and thickness for you based on the requirements you want to achieve in the use environment, so as to meet the use requirements under the premise of controlling costs.

3D drawing
For products, customers are required to provide 3D drawings first. If there are any inconsistencies in the process, we will give suggestions for modification. If trays are required, customers can provide assembly drawings, and we will design packaging tray. Or if you have samples, you can send them to the plastic factory to copy the drawings.

Aluminum mold factory
Our aluminum mold factory has higher precision and can be used multiple times, which is suitable for mass production. If you need low-cost molds such as wooden molds, you can make samples first. We will recommend the most affordable one to you according to your different cost budgets.

Samples
After confirming the final version of the drawing and receiving the mold deposit, we will arrange for mold making. If it is fast, it will take about 1 week, and it usually takes two weeks. We will give you 2 free samples to test whether they are OK. If there are any modifications, minor modifications can be achieved by repairing the mold. If it is a packing tray, we will assemble and adapt it in our own factory first. After the effect is ok, we will send it to you for confirmation. After you confirm that the sample is OK, we will arrange mass production.

Mass Production,
Inpection and package
After the sample is confirmed, we will arrange the production of the batch of materials. The production time of the batch of goods is about 2 to 3 weeks. During the production process, we will have quality inspection personnel to test and measure at each process, starting from the material, the material thickness, color, and characteristics are measured, and then the size of the first batch of formed products are measured to see if they meet the tolerance range. If there are any problems, we will promptly feedback to the production manager for processing. After everything is confirmed to be correct, it will go to the back-end link, trimming, bonding, cleaning, and then arranging packaging, and finally packing for shipment.
