Fine Leather Grain, Professional Texture
The mold is finely engraved to produce a uniform leather-grain texture after forming, offering a warm tactile feel with a visual effect close to genuine leather. The textured surface effectively scatters light, delivering a soft matte finish that is non-reflective and glare-free – ideal for instruments and medical monitors that are viewed for extended periods. The texture naturally absorbs minor scratches from daily use, maintaining a clean appearance over time.
Robust Structure, Functional Integration
The housing can integrally mold reinforcing ribs, mounting bosses, clip slots, ventilation grilles, and cable pass-through holes. Wall thickness options range from 2.5 to 4mm, with local thickening in high-stress areas. Display openings, button holes, interface slots, and louvered vents can be precisely pre-cut according to the equipment layout, reducing secondary processing.
Chemical Resistance, Easy Maintenance
ABS resists mild acids, alkalis, oils, and detergents – suitable for frequent wiping in industrial environments. The dense, smooth textured surface allows dust and dirt to be removed easily with a damp cloth, reducing maintenance costs.
Flexible Customization, Fast Delivery
Supports custom housings from 200mm to 2000mm in size. Low tooling cost (only 1/10–1/20 of injection molding), with samples available in 3–5 days. Optional flame-retardant (UL94 V-0) or anti-static grades available to meet different industry standards.

Our 72 Cell Plug trays have been recently upgraded to be 2.25" deep. This makes them the perfect tray for bottom watering your plants. Each cell will reach the bottom of your 1020 flat minimizing the amount of water needed.
The flat tray is a bit wider on the top and slightly tapers to the bottom to make the trays stackable for easy storage.
