What is vacuum forming? What is thermoforming? What is forming?
Vacuum forming need two materials, one is the aluminum mold, another one is the plastic sheet.
After thermoforming, the plastic sheet will be made into 3D shape products.
First, the plastic sheet will be put in the forming machine, then heating begins. After heating for a certain time, blowing begins, and meanwhile the mold rises while a vacuum pump removes the air between the mold and the sheet, causing the material to be tightly adhered to the mold. Then, air blowing begins to cool it. After molding is complete, the mold go down, and the semi-finished product is finished. It is then placed on a five-axis or three-axis cutting machine for cutting. Final, trimming, and the finished product is complete.
